New York-based designer Sandy Liang is teaming up with Vans again for a special capsule celebrating everyone's favorite undersea pineapple-dwelling cartoon character and his friends that includes the Sandy Liang x SpongeBob x Vans Sk8-Hi 38 DX "Sandy Cheeks". Liang channels her childhood love of the show into the design of this Sk8-Hi 38 DX that celebrates Bikini Bottom's resident squirrel Sandy Cheek.  The leather upper features a gradient seafoam to blue color scheme that's overlaid with Sandy's signature pink flowers. A blue leather side stripe, white tongue tag and stitched Sandy Cheeks on the heels fill in the details, while a white cupsole and gum rubber waffle outsole completes the project.
