The "Metallic Gold Pack" sees two of Nike's classic Air Max silhouettes, the Air Max '95 and Air Max '97, dressed up like a leprechaun's dream. These gold standards of mid '90s design sensibilities are available in both men's and women's sizes in a limited, quick strike release.
Nike is celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Air Max '97 by releasing an extremely limited runs of the celebrated OG silhouette that was inspired by Japanese bullet trains. The Air Max '97 OG "Metallic Gold" comes on the heels of last month's wildly successful "Silver Bullet" colorway and is similar in makeup, trading in silver for gold on the wavy lines and futuristic design of its leather and textile upper. A full length visible Max Air sole unit provides lightweight cushioning and comfort, and a durable rubber outsole offer multi surface traction. Black accents and varsity red branding finish off the look for this highly coveted release.
The Air Max 95 is one of Nike's most beloved and iconic silhouettes. This special quick strike release for women follows last month's Metallic Silver release, and features an identical multi-paneled mesh and leather upper, replacing the multi tonal metallic silver with metallic gold, built from mesh and synthetic leather. Red and black accents mark the tongue, lining, heel and outsole, while gold laces add to the tonal aesthetic. The chunky rubber sole holds the iconic visible Max Air units in the forefoot and heel to cushion every step.
