Nike is mashing up it's most successful new style with one of the most iconic colorways from a classic Air Max style on the Air Vapormax '97 "Metallic Gold". Following in the footsteps of the "Japan" and "Silver Bullet" colorways that were released earlier this year, this release pays homage to another OG colorway of the Air Max '97, "Metallic Gold", by swapping its gold and red, bullet train-inspired upper onto a dark grey translucent Vapormax sole unit. The upper retains the 3M reflective trim and red accents of the original while the full length Vapormax sole continues to provide the most air cushioning in Nike history. This new hybrid celebrates two eras of Air Max evolution in one awesome looking sneaker.
The Air Vapormax '97 "Metallic Gold" will be available in-store and online on Thursday, May 17th @ 10:00am FCFS
