Columbia Sportswear kicks off 2026 with a look back through their archives in the CSC 1938 Vol. 1 Capsule. Founded in 1938, Columbia's mission has always been to get you outdoors and keep you there, and the designs featured in this capsule are derived from their iconic heritage and crafted to solve a problem you didn’t even know you had. We are thrilled to help Columbia launch the CSC 1938 Capsule this Friday, 1/16 both in-store and online.
The capsule is anchored by the camo Dually Mountain Outerchange Jacket, with combines a puffer parka with a tactical utility vest. The jacket is covered in a camo print pulled from an original duck hunting jacket first launched in 1980, while the vest is an exact re-creation from the 1975 catalog. Together they bring authentic Columbia heritage design in line with contemporary themes of utility, statement pockets and overall modular design. The duck camo print also shows up on a L/S Tee and 5 Panel hat, while the assortment is filled out with a hoodie, beanie and a set of graphic tees.
