According to the Chinese Zodiac 2025 is the Year of the Snake, and Lapstone & Hammer has the perfect fit to celebrate with our Lapstone "Year Of The Snake" capsule releasing this Friday, March 8th. To help showcase this hoodie and pants collection that reimagines our Lapstone Unite logo we got rising hip hop and R&B star, and Philly native, Bri Steves to fill our clothes with her charismatic and sexy aura.
"Year of the Snake" is our first cut-and-sew capsule of 2025, and is built around an updated version of our Lapstone Unite logo, which was famously modeled by another hip hop (and now country) superstar: Post Malone. This new version features a tonally embroidered design of a snake intertwined through our OG Lapstone & Hammer wordmark logo, with green contrast hits on the snake's eye and tail.
Included in the capsule is a black-on-black hoodie made from 420g cotton, and a cream-on-cream hoodie made from a lighter weight 380g cotton. Both hoodies feature tonal embroidery on the front, stringless hood, kangaroo pocket and ribbed cuffs and hem. The black-on-black Flare pants made from heavyweight 600g cotton are a brand new silhouette with a relaxed fit that flares out below the knee. The pants feature an elasticized waist with drawstring, side pockets, tonal "Year of the Snake" print on the right leg and tonal watermark logo print on the left hip. You can see Bri model all three pieces, as well as the ASICS GEL-KINETIC FLUENT that was given an early launch exclusively at Lapstone & Hammer.
