New year, new brand. As 2026 dawns on Lapstone & Hammer, we are happy to welcome Swiss running brand, ON, to our roster. Founded in the Swiss Alps in 2010 by three friends who wanted to create the most high-performance shoe ever made, they formed ON and created the experience of "running on clouds." In the intervening 15 years the brand has grown into one of the most respected makers of running shoes in the world, seen on the feet of runners from high school track meets all the way up to the Olympics.
ON combines technical innovation and sustainable practices to create high performance products that constantly strive to have the smallest possible footprint. In 2022, after six years of research, they created CleanCloud – a high-performance foam made using captured carbon emissions. By working from their own On Lab alongside trusted partners, ON is reengineering their manufacturing processes to increase circularity by using preferred materials and enhanced manufacturing methods and distribution models.
Our first delivery includes the brand's signature Cloudmonster Void model, the Cloudultra 3 and the trail-focused Cloud 6 Geo. All styles are available now both in-store and online here.
