The Dunk Low gets down and dirty with a new earthy colorway on the Dunk Low Retro "Black/Cacao Wow". This shoe goes for a dark aesthetic with a smooth black leather upper overlaid with dark brown leather panels on the toe, collar, heel, eyestay and a tan swoosh. Brown laces, lining and tongue tag, and embroidered black heel branding fill in the rest of the details up top, while a white midsole and brown rubber outsole complete the package.

We use UPS, FED EX or USPS ground shipping depending on where each service is offered. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the order is processed.

We are not responsible for orders once they leave our warehouse. We provide tracking numbers for all orders, any delivery issues (including but not limited to stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages) should be addressed to the shipping service used for that order.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds, Cancellations and Returns are not allowed on Final Sale and Limited Release items.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges online. You must contact customer service to issue a return authorization and place a new order for the correct item. You can exchange an item purchased online at our store within 14 days and proper proof of purchase.
For a Defective or Damaged Product:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if you believe the product to be defective. Email us at orders@lapstoneandhammer.com to tell us the reason and condition of your defective item. Please provide a photograph of this defect in the initial email. We will provide a return shipping label at our expense for all products determined as a manufacturers defect.
